Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of metalwork and steelwork projects from pre-construction through to completion Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and in-house departments Conduct site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance Resolve any technical or operational issues efficiently Produce reports, RAMS, programmes, and handover documentation as required Requirements: Proven experience managing architectural metalwork or structural steel projects Strong understanding of construction processes and contract management Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple contracts simultaneously A construction-related degree or equivalent qualification is desirable SMSTS, CSCS, or other relevant certifications preferred What's on Offer: Up to 75,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) Apply today and Sabrina O'Donnell from the highfield company will be in touch!
