As Roofing Contract Manager, you ll be responsible for managing both planned and responsive roofing works, ensuring quality, safety, and value for money. You ll oversee successful contractor delivery, undertake feasibility assessments, validate scopes of work, and produce clear, insightful reports to support decision-making and programme delivery.
