Responsibilities Manage and oversee passive fire protection projects, typically starting from £20k upwards in project value. Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery. Travel across the UK (with the majority of work in London) and stay away when required. Oversee subcontractors, managing existing partnerships and building a wider, trusted network of supply chain contacts. Ensure projects comply with all relevant standards, safety regulations, and industry best practice. Work both on-site and, where possible, from an office base in the Southeast. Requirements Proven experience in project management within passive fire protection (fire doors, fire stopping, fire dampers, etc.). Strong background in handling large, multi-site projects. CSCS card essential. Relevant technical knowledge, ideally supported by certifications in fire door installation, carpentry, or passive fire products.
