A large and busy property services team within a local authority has the need for interim support. Job Role Overview Responsible for acquisition, development and disposal of land and building by asset planning, review, feasibility and options appraisal, accounting for the needs of all service areas, but most importantly, making decisions based on overall corporate priorities. In this role, you will be working closely with the various departments of the council, acting as their property business partner.
