Basic Salary of up to £57,000 based on experience

The role of the Principal Designer / CDM Consultant
As the Principal Designer / CDM Consultant your main responsibilities will include:
To work as part of a team providing CDM services to in house design team
To provide CDM and Health and Safety services to both clients in public and private sector
Provide a role as Principal Designer conducting yourself accordingly
Ensuring designers comply with CDM regulations
Communicating effectively with contractors, designers and clients
Plan, coordinate and manage the pre-construction phase of projects

The successful Principal Designer / CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:
