About You Essential Experience & Skills: Proven background in CCTV monitoring, control room, or security operations. Valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Licence and enhanced DBS check . Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Excellent communication, incident reporting, and IT skills. Calm, decisive, and professional under pressure. Strong knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, and incident escalation procedures. Desirable: Familiarity with NSI/SSAIB monitoring standards. Experience using workforce or incident management systems. Current First Aid qualification.
