Essential
ACS Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1 etc.)
Excellent diagnostic skills and dedication to achieving maximum performance and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively on own initiative whilst providing a positive contribution to the virtual team.
Desired
Experience of industrial steam and hot water boilers, burners, controls and ancillary plant
C&G 17 th /18 th Edition qualified or equivalent
BOAS Registration/training

Biomass Service Engineer required for a leading service provider who specialise in the design, installation, and service of renewable energy heating systems. They are currently looking for a Service and Repair Engineer to join their engineering team working on commercial, horticultural and agricultural sites across the Lincolnshire and Norfolk area. The Biomass Service Engineer will be responsible for service, breakdown, and fault finding on a range of large scale biomass boilers from 500kW.
Whilst the ideal candidate will be an experienced biomass service engineer, our client will also consider a plumbing and heating engineer with some knowledge or experience of biomass, solar thermal or heat pumps. It would also be advantageous for the Service Engineer to have some electrical experience/qualifications to assist with wiring the controls of the heating systems.
