Your role will be to give advice to clients related to issues of Heritage and Townscape, alongside Planning advice with colleagues. The clients vary across sectors but predominantly are major and complex in nature.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing Heritage Statements along with complementary documents
Contextual analysis and visual impact assessments
Working alongside planning colleagues and giving collaborative advice to clients
You ideally will have:
12 months up to 8 years' experience in a similar role (although more or less will be considered)
Excellent written and communication skills
Have a sound understanding of planning policies
Not essential experience but advantageous if knowledge working with visualisation, verified views and virtual urban modelling
