Anderselite are seeking 2 detail-oriented and innovative Architectural Technologists or technical Architects to join our design team. The ideal candidates will have a strong and proven understanding of architectural design, building technology, and construction methods, and will play a key role in producing technical drawings, NBS Chorus specifications, and documentation for a wide range of projects. One position will have a minimum of 2/3 years experience and the other a minimum of 5-10 years experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) Ensure that designs comply with building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants/clients to deliver projects from concept to completion. Assist in site works answering construction queries and reporting throughout the construction phase. Coordinate in BIM environment with consultants and suppliers to ensure integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design, including use of clash detection software Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Resolve technical and design challenges with creative, practical solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies. Requirements: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Proven experience in architectural technology or similar role. Proficiency in Revit software, with AutoCAD and other Cad software knowledge as benefit and Microsoft Office Suite generally Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and statutes Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
