In this role, you will work primarily in a workshop environment, collaborating with the team of craftsmen and designers. Responsibilities Help out the Bench joiners and machinists by assisting them in the workshop Ensure accuracy and precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood pieces Use hand tools, such as chisels and hand planes, to refine and finish wood surfaces Maintain and clean woodworking machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity Monitor the quality of the final products and make adjustments as necessary Requirements Experience working in a production environment Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to work with hand tools, such as chisels, planes, and hand saws Solid understanding of safety protocols and practices in a workshop environment Training will be offered This role is Temp - permanent!
