You will be expected to monitor budgets, manage cost reporting, support contract administration, and ensure financial performance aligns with project objectives. You will be office based in mid-Kent with visits/days on site as required. What you'll need to succeed You will have worked in a similar role within a main contractor or local SME previously. You will be comfortable surveying multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account including monthly CVR's with the commercial manager. A Bsc in quantity surveying is highly desirable. This is a permanent role based in the Kent area.
