Our client is a recognised leader in dilapidations and specialists in project management, technical due diligence, party walls, rights of light and reinstatement cost assessments. Role and Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget Advising and preparing scheme designs, costings, programmes for completion of projects and specifications of works Conducting feasibility studies Instructing on construction design and management regulations Assess conditions of existing building, identify and analyse defects including proposals for repair. Advise on boundary and right to light' disputes and party wall proceduresSkills and Experience Strong technical skills and knowledge of planning, construction and design and a logical, practical mind, along with You'll be a good problem solver and interested in developing and keeping up to date with building techniques and methods.
