Our client is a recognised leader in dilapidations and specialists in project management, technical due diligence, party walls, rights of light and reinstatement cost assessments. The organisation is strong on building relationships, therefore are looking for someone that can build strong working partnership with clients, in addition you will work closely with industry recognised experts. Role and Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget Advising and preparing scheme designs, costings, programmes for completion of projects and specifications of works Conducting feasibility studies Instructing on construction design and management regulations Assess conditions of existing building, identify and analyse defects including proposals for repair. Advise on boundary and right to light' disputes and party wall proceduresSkills and Experience Strong technical skills and knowledge of planning, construction and design and a logical, practical mind, along with You'll be a good problem solver and interested in developing and keeping up to date with building techniques and methods. Excellent people skills and can work as part of a team as well as alone. Display confident communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
