A leading Building Services organisation have an urgent requirement for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their stable, progressive and award winning business. In the main, you will conduct planned and preventative maintenance of electrical services as well as reactive repairs and upgrades primarily in the Derby, you will also be mobile and conduct the same services at other locations in the East Midlands when required. You will be required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements, completing and documenting check sheets and reports for each PPM task, including daily and weekly system checks. Candidates sought will ideally have technical knowledge of critical environments power, H&V systems, fire alarm works and emergency lighting etc. Qualified Engineers might have City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS(Apply online only)/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualifications, these are desirable, but not essential and proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a mobile or static building services electrical role with a desire to become mobile is highly sought.
