Labour Hire are looking for an experienced Slinger Signaller to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project. Responsibilities: Safely coordinate and direct crane and lifting operations using hand signals or radio communication. Ensure the safe slinging and movement of materials, equipment, and machinery across the site. Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting equipment and tools, reporting any defects or maintenance needs. Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. Assist in site preparation and setup for lifting operations, ensuring the work environment is free of hazards. Maintain clear and accurate records of lifting activities as per company policies. About you: Valid and up-to-date CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification. Proven experience in a Slinger Signaller role, preferably in a heavy industrial or construction environment. Strong knowledge of lifting operations, health and safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk management.
