You will initially undergo comprehensive training in each function to gain hands-on understanding of the business. Once established, you will work closely with the Director to manage the company s day-to-day performance, maintain operational stability, and implement clear strategies and procedures designed to support growth and excellence across all departments. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Oversee and support a team of 19 experienced staff (including remote team members). Ensure every job is completed to the company s quality standards. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
