Senior Surveyor Eastleigh Up to 62,000 My client is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Surveyor to join their team, playing a key role in maintaining and improving the homes and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in social housing to make a real difference in the lives of their customers The role: To undertake/ support high-profile/complex cases across the business. To be the technical expert providing inspection reports as required. Providing solutions to problems and defects. To carry out legal disrepairs claims pre-inspections, to include completion of full inspection reports which may be used as evidence in court, and to maintain communication with legal representatives as required, and to attend court as at an expert witness.
