The Roles Responsibilities will vary depending on level but may include: Delivering full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services Managing the commercial aspects of civil, infrastructure, and utilities projects Preparing cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments Supporting or leading client relationships and meetings Contract administration and commercial reporting Mentoring junior team members (Senior/Associate level) Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Manchester office (Senior/Associate level) The Candidates We are looking for Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Consultancy/PQS-side experience (essential) Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or water projects (desirable) Strong commercial acumen and communication skills MRICS status or working towards chartership (support provided at all levels) Drive and ambition to progress within a collaborative, expanding consultancy Why Join?
