The Role You will take full commercial responsibility for M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing the commercial performance of mechanical and electrical projects Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting Valuations, variations, and change management Procurement of specialist M&E subcontract packages Risk and value management Producing monthly CVRs and financial reports Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners About You We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of building services and a solid commercial background. This is a site-based role, delivering mechanical-led M&E projects across the Birmingham to South Coast corridor, extending west as far as the Cotswolds, across London. The role suits a hands-on, delivery-focused PM with a strong mechanical bias who is comfortable running projects end-to-end on live sites.
