Technical Manager - Multi-Platform Experience Required - Permanent Technical Manager with strong mechanical knowledge of Vestas, Siemens, and Nordex platforms is required to oversee UK-wide operations in a permanent role with our client. Location: UK Wide Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operational planning and scheduling. Perform turbine maintenance and repairs on Nordex, Siemens and Vestas platforms. Manage parts ordering and ensure team readiness. Lead, mentor, and support technicians. Ensure health & safety compliance and prepare RAMS. Requirements: 4+ years in wind energy. Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple turbine systems. Previous experience as an Authorised Technician/Engineer - troubleshooting & repairs. Proven leadership and organisational skills. Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
