Qualifications Proven experience in Finishing, Kerbing and Paving or related construction trades. Roller Machine Driver desirable but not essential Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety procedures. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately. Physical fitness to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills on-site.
