In this role, you will coordinate the design process from project award through to construction status, ensuring technical submissions are correct, compliant and ready for Building Safety Regulation requirements. You will liaise closely with fire engineers, structural engineers, CDM advisors and external design houses, while working internally with the commercial and construction teams to ensure designs are aligned with programme and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have strong design coordination experience and be confident reviewing technical drawings and managing information flow across multiple stakeholders.
