About the Role:
Work for one of the UKs largest and most successful soft services businesses on one of their large NHS contracts. You will join a team of three supervisors on site and will be responsible for the day to day management of the cleaners. Your role will include:
Supervision of cleaners working across a large NHS site
Working on a varying weekly rota, work 5 in 7 days with varying rest days.
Weekly shifts include: three days of 11:00-19:00 and two days of 15:00-19:00

About the Role:
Work for one of the UKs largest and most successful soft services businesses on one of their large NHS contracts. You will join a team of three supervisors on site and will be responsible for the day to day management of the cleaners. Your role will include:
Supervision of cleaners working across a large NHS site
Working on a varying weekly rota, work 5 in 7 days with varying rest days.
Weekly shifts include: three days of 11:00-19:00 and two days of 15:00-19:00
Liaise with upper management and site staff to ensure high cleaning standards are met.The role is to start as soon as possible and is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to progress in to a permanent role after approximately 3 months.
Skills / Experience:
You will be able to demonstrate experience within a supervisory role having previously managed cleaners, housekeepers or similar soft service staff. You will have a commercial background and it is desirable if you have experience working in a healthcare setting. Due to the site environment you will be subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, it would be advantageous if you already hold a DBS certificate.

Our client is a large facility and cleaning company. Due to the increase in the current situation, they require Housekeepers to work in a hospital environment located in Bexhill.
All workers must have a DBS before starting and be submitted to the occupational health assessment check.
Requirements:
Must have a current DBS Certificate or current application in process.
