As an Entry-Level Estimator, you'll be the bridge between a blueprint and a finished home. You will support our senior team in determining the costs of materials, labor, and time required for our residential projects. Perform Take-offs: Quantify materials (lumber, drywall, flooring, etc.) from architectural drawings. Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive and accurate quotes. Mindset An "eagle eye" for detail. You're the person who catches the missing decimal point. Tech Savvy Comfortable with Excel and a quick learner of estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Stack, or Planswift). ESTIMATOR/SURVEYOR Are you a detail-driven Estimator or Surveyor with a background in interior fit-out, drywall, or glazing? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor working on high-quality projects across London and the South East. Whether you're already London-based or located in Farnham or nearby towns, this role offers variety, exposure to premium projects, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a commercially focused environment. Salary 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience) Paid travel to London twice a week (if Surrey-based) Hours 7:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday As an Estimator/Surveyor you'll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates for supply and installation. Ensuring all costs, risks, and opportunities are fully understood at tender stage, supporting strong margin delivery once projects are secured. Beyond tendering, you'll play an active role in project handover, contract administration, and tracking project profitability.
