Joinery Estimator Duties to include:
Working with the Commercial Management team to ensure successful delivery of projects
Undertaking costing analysis, take-offs and procurement schedules
Monthly reporting
Applications for payment
Layout and comparison analytics of door schedules
Identifying and negotiating variations
Material requisitions to the Buying department
Attend meetings with clients and colleagues
Approve Sub-Contractor valuations
Final Account collation
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Proven record in surveying and estimating in the joinery industry
Preferably graduate in Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
Wider knowledge of commercial joinery installations and Fire doors
Fire door or PFP qualification
Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English
