We use tablets/ smart phones on site to record QA so will need to be able to use tablets/android. Be able to liaise with the logistics team, supervisors, direct labour to ensure materials are being distributed efficiently and bins/skips are available to maintain good housekeeping standards. Monitor program dates and ensure works are being completed in line with the program requirements. Advise of any program implications as early as possible if applicable. Complete a daily site diary to record labour, works, delays etc on a daily basis. Chair and record weekly co-ordination meetings and daily briefings with the applicable contractors.
