An opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Pest Control Technician to join a well-established company specialising in pest control for both residential and commercial clients using technology-driven solutions. As an Advanced Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for managing pest control escalations, resolving issues, and ensuring a pest-free environment across client sites. This role offers a salary of £38,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: Managing customer escalations and acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders. Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans to address and resolve pest issues. Conducting site assessments and quality checks to ensure the effectiveness of pest control measures. Leading presentations and meetings to ensure the client s expectations are met. Creating escalation programmes to protect sites from future pest infestations. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Advanced Pest Control Technician, Senior Pest Control Technician, Field Biologist, Pest Control Manager, Pest Control Service Manager or in a similar role. Proven experience within pest control. Advanced industry qualification (e.g., BPCA Certificated Advanced Technician or RSPH Level 3 in Pest Management). Ideally have experience of 2 years working with food retailers. Strong written English skills. Full valid driving licence.
