You'll be technically confident, with strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, CDM regulations, temporary works, and waste management. Experience delivering projects under NEC3/4 or similar contracts is highly desirable. You'll be a strong leader, capable of motivating, coaching, and developing your team while maintaining excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience), SMSTS and IOSH qualifications are essential. Chartered status, NRSWA Supervisor, or Temporary Works qualifications are desirable.
