This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who can lead retrofit projects end-to-end, combining hands-on site work with technical design, modelling and client engagement. The Opportunity This is a highly varied, project-led role with a strong balance between site-based assessment and technical delivery. Around 30% of your time will be spent on-site, carrying out fabric surveys and air tightness testing across residential, education and commercial buildings throughout London and Oxfordshire (with travel fully covered). The remaining 70% will focus on leading retrofit design and analysis, where you'll: Develop and own retrofit strategies Deliver building performance modelling Lead client and design team workshops Oversee project delivery from initial survey through to final recommendations This role is ideal for someone who wants to take full ownership of projects, while still staying close to the technical detail.
