Main Duties, including but not limited to: Ensure maintenance of existing building fabric and grounds, providing expert input to enable effective planning of fabric enhancements Manage project works relating to the maintenance or enhancement of the buildings, including RAMS, permits and completion sign off Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Business Continuity legislation for fire safety, environmental management and business continuity practices Ensure Business Continuity and disaster recovery plans are documented, tested, implemented and maintained Ensure prompt documentation and resolution of building fabric related incidents, with clear communication to the service desk on the nature of the customer impact Support customer audits and the supply of all required evidence of compliance where required Manage assets within CAFM systemand ensure ongoing maintenance is planned and completed as required Maintain required building-specific procedures and records Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience of building management, service delivery and infrastructure, and managing suppliers PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to analyse data Excellent reporting skills and ability to draw fact-based conclusions and act on the evidence Good knowledge of compliance and various standards, and evidence of previous achievement in this area Good knowledge of statutory requirements and familiarity with audits HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this position, please apply online attaching your CV and Covering Letter in Office Word format.
