This role will involve a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across properties between Bath and Dorchester. Duties will include: Patch plastering and wall repairs Basic plumbing repairs Carpentry work (doors, skirting, architraves, etc.) Painting and decorating General maintenance tasks as required Working to high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance Requirements: Proven experience in a multi-trade role (repairs and maintenance) Confident in patch plastering, basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, or care homes preferred Full UK driving licence and own transport Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds) desirable CSCS card preferred Benefits: 18.00 per hour Temp to Perm opportunity after 12 weeks Monday to Friday working hours Ongoing work with a well-established contractor If you have the skills and experience we're looking for, apply today for immediate consideration.
