M&E Project Manager (Mechanical) A leading M&E contractor has secured a 2 year programme of work, starting in August 2020, based in South London. We needs a Lead M&E Project Manager (HVAC bias) to deliver the MEP package, circa £25M, from late in the pre-construction phase, through to commissioning and handover. The successful M&E Project Manager will need a proven track record of delivering large scale MEP installations (£15M+) as a #1, as well as experience in all technical, financial and contractual aspects of the building services market. Role; Due to continued growth they have decided to appoint a Junior / Intermediate Project Engineer, with suitable experience, to work with their existing project team. This will involve working alongside the Mechanical Project Manager to assist with the delivery of the mechanical package. Projects vary in size from £1.5 to £20 million across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire. Candidate; You will need to have some mechanical construction knowledge and be subject to security checks and will need to be able to gain SC clearance. You will require a degree in a Mechanical course with CIBSE accreditation and ideally some on-site construction experience would be beneficial.
