Are you an accomplished and energetic Principal Structural Engineer with a minimum of eight years' experience? Perhaps, you are looking for a better work/life balance? At present, we are acting on behalf of our well-established client to find a Principal Structural Engineer for their new office, which will be located in Waterloo. The senior engineer oversees project management and task execution on a daily basis, with limited supervision, to guarantee timely delivery within allocated budget and schedule, while upholding high standards of quality. This entails effective communication with clients, fellow consultants, and team members to establish and uphold project objectives, fostering positive client relationships. Additionally, mentoring junior team members is an integral aspect of this role!
