We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, for a Project Manager to join their Eastern Region team. This role will focus on delivering Roads and Highways infrastructure schemes across Suffolk and Essex. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site staff, operatives, and subcontractors. Prepare method statements, hazard and risk assessments, and comprehensive Project Management plans. Monitor performance against tender allowances and agreed budgets. Develop, maintain, and track programmes of work. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Oversee design co-ordination. Select and manage subcontractors effectively. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior team members.
