What You Will Need to Have Proven supervisory experience in repairs, maintenance, roofing, construction or a similar operational environment. Experience of leading teams, managing performance and handling difficult or sensitive conversations. Strong practical knowledge of working at height safety requirements and site management. A clear commitment to health and safety, including experience of risk assessments, method statements, site inspections and incident follow-up.
