MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER The Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a site based role located in a cluster of three sites. It offers a varied day-to-day work load. The successful candidate will be expected to attend jobs and update systems as directed by the central helpdesk to carry out reactive repairs to the property which can vary from basic repairs to the fabric of the property to assisting other technicians on the more detailed fit out or complex works. The successful candidate must be a self starter and proactive in their approach to works always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the partnership in the highest possible light. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of a call out rota attending other sites for emergency reactive works. This position will be a 07.00am to16.00pm 5 days a week. 4 days in Chelsea and 1 day covering the other 2 sites Stevenage & Gunnels wood.
