You will have:
Experience working on medium to high-end residential projects for end users.
Outstanding design, technical design and detailing skills with ability to articulate high-quality and detailed schemes, thinking and working directly using ArchiCAD ideally (training available for the right project / experience background).
Previous projects expereince through all RIBA stages, including production and coordination of all project drawings and information would be beneficial.
Previous studio experience in delivering tender and construction packages.
Excellent and current knowledge of UK Building regulations.
Previous studio and live project experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and 3D Rendering Software.
