As our Senior Technical Manager you will take full responsibility for the coordination and management of architectural and engineering design information, ensuring that all working drawings and technical details are accurate, practical and issued in line with programme requirements. You will manage the full approvals process, securing Building Regulations compliance, NHBC or alternative warranty provider approvals, and all relevant local authority agreements, including highways and drainage consents.
