The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: Supported or retirement housing Liaising with external providers You will provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Schemes, you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information, whilst liaising with in-house support workers on a daily basis to ensure a continued smooth service. You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole and will need to deliver a constant high service at all times.
