Collaborate with other tradespeople, including masons and carpenters, to ensure seamless integration of plasterwork with other construction elements. Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork, including patching holes and cracks. Requirements to be considered for this position: Experience in Stone Restoration. Experience in applying stone repairs with approved materials such as MM stone repair (St. Astiers Lithomix equivalent) mortar. Experience in dressing/descaling stonework in preparation of surface finishes. Experience in lime mortar pointing utilising various methods of finishing etc. Experience in lime mortar rendering / harling and in particular the use of Fagade 400 (Thermocromex) would be preferred. Comfortable and experienced with Working at Heights, on Chimneys and on various types of scaffold access. Ability to work within a team, on their own and correctly interpret instructions as well as basic drawings. Driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.
