A general builder/handyman is required for a refurbishment contract in Stockton-On-Tees. Duties are to involve plaster patching, basic brickwork, basic carpentry, paving and painting. We are looking for someone who is a good all rounder in those areas. This is due to start on Monday 27th July for 8 weeks work for the right candidate. Hours of work are 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. You must have a CSCS card, own tools and have done this role previously in the construction industry. A general builder/handyman is required for a refurbishment contract in Stockton-On-Tees. Duties are to involve plaster patching, basic brickwork, basic carpentry, paving and painting. We are looking for someone who is a good all rounder in those areas. This is due to start on Monday 27th July for 8 weeks work for the right candidate. Hours of work are 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. You must have a CSCS card, own tools and have done this role previously in the construction industry. The hourly rate is dependant on the pay method, £16 an hour CIS self-employed with a UTR number and direct PAYE would be £12.50 an hour with holiday pay.
