Duties to include: - Managing and co-ordinating all sub-contractors on site - Ensuring compliance with all H+S regulations and guidelines - Ensuring programme of works and key deadlines are met - Assisting the QS in the procurement of sub-contractors, materials, plant, etc - Carrying out regular quality checks and ensuring a high level of workmanship at all times - Liaising with Building control, Warranty providers and other external consultants/advisers Could applicants please forward a copy of their CV along with a cover letter
