You will manage a team of Assistant Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Engineers to manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work; flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, plastering, painting, fire doors etc. You'll become trained up as an Authorised Person and/or responsible person for confined spaces, working from heights and take on additional duties as required. Where required, provide support to the out of hours on call service.
