This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a log established leading manufacturer and installer of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling to the Construction Industry as a Small works Contracts Manager .
We have an extensive logistical base and manufacturing facilities, to allow the Company full independence and flexibility in the marketplace.
Due to a full order book and contracts spanning well into 2023 we now need to strengthen our management team another Small works Contracts Manager .
This Contracts Manager position is flexible and may include managing multiple small contracts to start with and then possibly evolve into a full time site management position when one our Large contracts starts.
The Contracts Manager must have experience in project coordination, managing installers and working to programme and deadlines. We do our own Powder Coating and manufacture the majority of our own products including Glass ,Brackets and Pressings which can help with reduced lead times and give a better service than normal to our Contract Managers.
This is a long term Contracts Manager opportunity and applicants must have experience in the the curtain wall Industry.
The majority of our work is based around the North West and Manchester and not based at Head Office.
This is a full time Contracts Manager position based in the offices at Preston, salary range: £40 -45000 per annum and will consider freelance

This role will involve working in a high-volume warehouse facility that requires a hardworking and flexible person to work in a small team. The successful candidate will ensure that all products are ready to go out on time, completed and quality checked, including all relevant paperwork. This role will require physical endurance with the regular loading and unloading of vehicles and keeping careful track of all inventories to ensure the right product is either shipped or received. As such, good, clear oral communication skills are a pre-requisite for the successful candidate.
