Key responsibilities include: Managing subcontractor procurement and payments Preparing and submitting valuations and variations Cost reporting and forecasting Supporting month-end CVR processes Ensuring contractual compliance Liaising with operational teams to maximise commercial performance About You Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role Background in reactive maintenance, social housing, or property services (desirable) NHF Schedule of Rates experience will be highly advantageous Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively Ambitious and keen to progress within a leading contractor This role would particularly suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of their own workstream with the support of an experienced Senior QS and Commercial Manager.
