This is a live environment scheme within a 12-storey building, with a Graduate Project Manager in support and oversight from a visiting Contracts Manager. The role is client-facing and will suit someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day site operations and delivery. The job is a Damp Proofing strip out and associated remedial works to an Old Vicarage, there will be kitchen and bathroom replacement along with plastering and decoration following completion of all replacement timber floor and stone floors throughout. The programme is challenging and therefore would suite a driven site manager who can maximise time spent on site with good coordination of trades.
Must have the following training / qualifications
·Level 6 NVQ in Building and Civils or 5-day SMSTS course for site manager and 2-day SSSTS or equivalent for Assistant Site Managers and Site supervisors or CSCS card to suit position.
·First Aid
·Asbestos awareness - Can be done on site
·Manual Handling - Can be done on site
·Face fit Test - Can be done on site
·Scaffolding Safety Awareness - Can be done on line
·Display Screen Equipment - Can be done on line
