Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to deliver a £650k office fit-out project in Northamptonshire. You ll be responsible for managing the full project life cycle, from client onboarding through to completion including day two works and variations. This role requires a strong communicator with a proactive approach and a proven track record in D&B fit-out delivery. Requirements: Experience delivering office fit-out projects independently Ability to manage client relationships, subcontractors, programme, and quality All relevant tickets: valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification Immediate start available. Duration aligned to project programme with potential for follow-on work.

Site Manager (No1) Berkshire Temporary Contract - 10/12 weeks Start: First Week of September Rate: £(Apply online only) p/day This building contractor, covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment / fit out, and maintenance. They work within the following sectors: leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education. The job is a Damp Proofing strip out and associated remedial works to an Old Vicarage, there will be kitchen and bathroom replacement along with plastering and decoration following completion of all replacement timber floor and stone floors throughout. The programme is challenging and therefore would suite a driven site manager who can maximise time spent on site with good coordination of trades.
