Act as primary point of contact for clients, developing long-standing relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Oversee and mentor more junior team members, providing professional guidance and quality assurance. Prepare, review, and present reports, cost plans, tender documents, and contractual correspondence. Support the growth of the office through cross-selling services and contributing to new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with RICS standards, internal QA processes, and best practice procedures. Essential Requirements: MRICS/FRICS Chartered (Quantity Surveying & Construction pathway). Strong PQS / client-side consultancy experience (minimum 5 years post-qualification preferred). Demonstrable experience managing your own instructions and clients. Polished communication skills, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting to senior and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage workloads, commission teams, and deliver projects independently. Experience mentoring or line-managing staff. Excellent understanding of construction contracts (JCT essential). Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
