Are you a fully qualified Electrical Supervisor who is looking for a change?
As a result of growth, we have been selected by a large nationwide M&E business, to help them recruit for a fully qualified Electrical Supervisor on a permanent basis to join their team in Nuneaton.
Duties of an Electrical Supervisor are:
• Manage and organise Electrical Operative daily.
• Stock control and distribution of material
• Monitor paperwork, certificates, timecards and invoices
• Communication with clients and attend meetings
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are being adhered to
• All risk assessments are issued to Electrical Operatives and they are being utilised.
• PPE checks for all direct and sub-contract Operatives
• Carry out quality checks.
• Adhere to strict project timelines and ensure they are met
• Excellent customer service
• You may be needed to help out on the tools so you must be a fully qualified Electrician
• Schedule all works ready for invoicing
The successful Electrical Supervisor must have:
• JIB Managers/Gold Card
• 18th Edition
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level. – Advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic electrical work including emergency lighting.
• Full driving licence essential.
As an Electrical Supervisor you must be:
• An excellent written and verbal communicator
• Strong and able to lead, whilst working within an already established team.
• An analytical problem solver and have a methodical approach to working
• Driven and motivated to achieve excellent results.
• Quick acting and be able to make decisions for the best of the team
• Strong IT skills
The successful Electrical will be given a company car & fuel card to enable you travel to sites throughout the West Midlands area, private health care, pension, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
