The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple roofing schemes, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. HNC, or equivalent level qualification in an Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent technical qualifications & training as required by JSP 375, including emergency first aid, Fire safety, Management level qualification in H&S and Environment (e.g. SMSTS).
