Role & Responsibilities Oversee retrofit projects from assessment through to completion in line with PAS 2035 Coordinate with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure quality and compliance Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders throughout the retrofit process Conduct site visits across Birmingham and surrounding areas Ensure works meet energy efficiency targets and sustainability objectives Required Skills & Experience Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (essential) Preferably Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings Experience in retrofit coordination within the housing sector Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and domestic energy efficiency measures Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What you get back 40,000 - 45,000 salary 4,500 car allowance Hybrid working (site-based with flexible office attendance) 25 days annual leave + birthday leave Pension scheme Life assurance Health cash plan Support with professional fees and development Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
