This will be achieved through working with the Senior DEWALT Academy Training Manager. Establish relationships with technical colleges to become the power tool trainer of choice for our industry, Supporting and providing guidance to Trade Schools ensuring they are compliant with ever changing regulations, e.g dust, noise, vibration etc… The delivery of training to key targeted colleges once the curriculum and training material has been developed. This will be across your region. Measure all training activity to provide full accountability and ROI. Competencies and Skills Have specific trade knowledge and experience of working on the “jobsite” as a qualified tradesperson. Skills to develop the right level of instructional material suitable to the target audience. Communication skills for the delivery of training for the established training programmes.
